Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI)
Our goal through this program is to provide mental health prevention and early intervention care to decrease the impact of trauma on youths and adults. We strive to help reduce mental health stigma and discrimination through supporting services. Our cultural broker works with community leaders to promote the use of mental health services within the community. We ensure that linguistically and culturally isolated Southeast Asian (SEA) individuals and families become more aware of and are more comfortable in accessing mental health services. Our, mission is to improve one's well-being through awareness, education, and outreach to the community.
